 If you are just beginning the process, and you wish to use Pickett Construction to complete your repairs, we ask that you click on the “Forms” link to the left and print out each of the forms we will need to begin work, discuss your claim with your mortgage company and complete repairs. Please complete these forms and either fax to (423) 870-0881, email to pickettconstruction@comcast.net or hand deliver to the contractor/project manager at your initial consultation. These forms are Pickett Construction Company specific and do not represent your mortgage company in any way. Your mortgage company may also request your signature on their specific forms and will provide you with such paperwork at the proper time during the claims process. If any part of our contract is unclear to you, or if you wish to discuss the contents further, please contact us directly. |
